dog trains owner

so my dachshund has a name, "billy the kid", or "dotsun"; born March 22, 2006. His cuteness rules me. he sleeps in my bed, eats my food, takes showers with me, and runs around my house and yard. i took billy to sequoia national park for camping and hiking and he loved it. he runs around all excited and looks so much at home in the woods. he rolled in the dirt and sniffed the plants around him. we even took him on a cave tour; he was sooo good, and stuck his head out once in a while to look around. he never gave us away with his barking.
i think he caught a cold coming home. he s been throwing up and looking tired. so i gave him less yucky food and more dog food, to calm his nerves. of course, he is still going camping with me.
so my life is almost complete with a dog, a career, a house. i need a chick to love and adore.

Make over Tuscany Style

Well, I have officially moved in, less than a month now. The first thing I did was order Italian living room furniture. They should be coming soon. Also ordered a grand piano. That was expensive! (but less than what I paid for for the house) What colors to paint my walls? terra cotta and sandy yellow....ahhh now thats relaxing reminiscent of laying on Ipanema beach. The feel of rust and iron casting mirrors. For surround sound entertainment, I went with philipps sounds, large 100inch screen, along with projector, all inclusive tv, dvd and musical depth and richness. And this was only the living and entertaining rooms. For the kitchen and dining rooms, tuscany olive chinaware with old style cabinets and different upholstered dining set, to offset the modern look. Afterall we are attempting to transport one back to rustic countryside feel. For the bedrooms, ahhh my domain, the walls will be dark olive green and bold blue, one colored wall with the rest as contrasting yellow. The moldings are coming up next. Then there are the oil paintings to hang on the walls, bold vibrant villages and small towns in Tuscany. Finally, to tackle the landscape, the sprinkler system and new lawn were installed in the front and backyards. The cherry blossom tree in the backyard is flanked by a flower bed on one side and herbal garden on the otherside. For the topping, I got a small puppy, a dachshund, nameless for now, until EJ can name him. I am now content to look outside my french/italian doors, into my garden. A running waterfall or trivoli fountain would complete the picturesque.

Buying a home

The process of buying a house can be stressful indeed. Getting pre-qualified, house hunting, bidding, and then closing escrow. But it should also be fun and exciting. To own your first home. To decorate it and make it your own, where are you happy to come home to. What are the qualities of a house that I am looking for? separation of rooms, large backyard that I can look out, peaceful and safe neighborhood, underneath and warmth of home heating, large closet space, good size bathrooms, modern rooms, age and built of the house. I must buy a livable house, one that does not need major overhaul.

How much do I qualify for? 600K
For every 200K i borrow at 6% interest for 30 year fixed loan I would owe 1K per month. How much monthly mortgage can I handle, plus utility, insurance, and taxes? 2K or so.
My debt to salary ratio must be low, therefore I must pay off all my debt.
When I buy a home at low interest rate, my quality of life should not suffer. Travels, clothes, eating out.

New Found Friends

Once awhile I go looking for new set of friends, according to my interests at that moment in time continuum. I joined a snowboarding group and found two. Since most of my time is spent at work, I find a friend or two from there as well. I do not frequent bars to find friends because I am not a drinker, half a glass of mix alcohol makes me turn red. Lately, I am going to jazz clubs, Yoffi and Yoshi, and made acquaintances there. For dancing, gay clubs fit my lifestyle. Much more fun dirty dancing without the groping unless both parties agree ;) The club I frequent is the Cafe in the Castro. They had a tparty every 3rd of the month with go go girls and 80s music last Saturday nite. Hella fun!! We danced from 8pm til midnite. Then there is the Cat Club with hot pants lesbian 80s dancing every 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. http://www.catclubsf.com/ ahh For Brazilian Bossa Nova music there is http://www.performances.org/performances/performances.asp?performanceID=531

I am me

Scientific reasoning...trying to surmise the situation into something that reasonable, in other words, what makes sense.
The experimental objective: to jump off the fence and join a team.
Certain observations:
1) Hormonally, you change: your voice, your gestures, your body and looks. If I am with a guy, i become sweet and adoring, holding his arms and hands, feeling his muscles, looking to him for guidance and support; dressing the part. If I am with a girl, I become dominating and controlling, sarcastic and challenging. I wear more pants, and sit accordingly. I take on a masculine role. I am attracted to femme.
2) Emotional connection, physical attraction. Do I fall in love more easily with a man or a woman? Is there trust and respect more with a man than a woman? Do I safe and secure more with a man than a woman? Does my heart flutter and skips a beat whenever I smell or see her more than him? Do I connect emotionally more with a woman than a man?
3) Traditional role playing: wife, mother, housekeeper, vs. worker, supporter, provider. Acceptance of self and by others ie society, family, friends, coworkers.
